Livable Design provides builder with the Livable Design Certification Toolbox, which includes submission templates and instructions for the review process and a license agreement for review

Builder submits schematic designs for review
Builder is invoiced for review fees covering phases 2, 3 and 4
If design is approved, project continues to Phase 3. If not approved, the design must be revised and submitted for review again.

PHASE 3 - Specification Review |

Builder submits the specification review binder for review
If specifications are approved, project continues to Phase 4. If not approved, corrections must be made and specifications submitted for review again.

PHASE 4 - Construction Document (CD) Review |
